The study demonstrated absence of balancing of fat and carbohydrates in daily food rations. A characteristic feature of these rations was excess of fat. The intake of antioxidant vitamins was very low. Most analysed components of the diets were not significantly different between the diets of state-salaried workers and workers not receiving salary from the state budget, although certain differences were found in the pattern of consumption of food products.
