The paper describes the effective method of enzymie hydrolysis of modified substrates such as wheat straw (7.5%) and newspaper (7.5%), using as the source of enzymes a post-cultural liquid of T. reesei M7-1 with or without cells. The enzymie hydrolyses were carried out at 50°C for 94 h. The process efficiency was compared to that for the modified crystalline cellulose (Avicel). The rate of enzymie saccharification was the highest when the post-cultural liquid with cells was used as the source of enzymes (almost 100% for Avicel cellulose, 78.2% for wheat straw, and 29.8% for newspaper). The use of post-cultural liquid with cells may be an easy method for intensifying the saccharification of lignocelluloses.
