Artykuł poświęcono problematyce wartości nieruchomości w procesie kształtowania dochodów własnych gmin wiejskich. Za cel główny pracy przyjęto wykazanie relacji i zależności zachodzących między trzema elementami: wartością nieruchomości, kształtowaniem dochodów własnych gmin oraz działaniami gmin podejmowanymi w obszarze kreowania wartości nieruchomości. Realizację celu głównego przeprowadzono w trzech etapach: omawiając pojęcie wartości nieruchomości i czynników wpływających na jej poziom, wskazując źródła dochodów gmin o podstawie bezpośrednio lub pośrednio związanej z wartością nieruchomości, prezentując rolę gminy jako kreatora wartości nieruchomości.

W pracy przedstawiono krzywe retencji wodnej badanych gleb i przeanalizowano wpływ uprawianych roślin na ich przebiegi. Dokonano analizy dynamiki wilgotności w profilu glebowym pod kątem wpływu uprawianej rośliny na wartości wilgotności, zawartość wody grawitacyjnej oraz wody użytecznej dla roślin. Wykazano wpływ gatunku uprawianej rośliny na stosunki wodne gleb.

Water conductivity of Arctic zone soils (Spitsbergen)

The water conductivity of arctic zone soils derived in different micro-relief forms was determined. The greatest water conductivity at the 0-5 cm depth for the higher values of water potentials (> -7 kJ m-3) was shown by tundra polygons (Brunic-Turbic Cryosol, Arenic) – 904-0.09 cm day-1, whereas the lowest were exhibited by Turbic Cryosols – 95-0.05 cm day-1. Between -16 and -100 kJ m-3, the water conductivity for tundra polygons rapidly decreased to 0.0001 cm day-1, whereas their decrease for the other forms was much lower and in consequence the values were 0.007, 0.04, and 0.01 cm day-1 for the mud boils (Turbic Cryosol (Siltic, Skeletic)), cell forms (Turbic Cryosol (Siltic, Skeletic)), and sorted circles (Turbic Cryosol (Skeletic)), respectively. In the 10-15 cm layer, the shape of water conducti-vity curves for the higher values of water potentials is nearly the same as for the upper layer. Similarly, the water conductivity is the highest – 0.2 cm day-1 for tundra polygons. For the lower water potentials, the differences in water conductivity increase to the decrease of soil water potential. At the lowest potential the water conductivity is the highest for sorted circles – 0.02 cm day-1 and the lowest in tundra polygons – 0.00002 cm day-1.

Peculiarities of soil moisture and temperature dynamics based on TDR-measurement results for 2008-2012 in the Western Polesie territory of Ukraine

The paper presents the results of an investigation which took place over the years 2008-2012 in the Shatsk National Natural Park. For the investigation four genetically different soils in that area were selected. Those were a soddy-podzolic soil (S01) under grass vegetation, lowland peat bog (S02), anthropogenic lowland peat bog (S03) with mineralised upper layer and a soddygley loamy soil (S04). The TDR device developed and created in the Institute of Agrophysics PAS in Lublin, and probes for measurement soil moisture, temperature and salinity were used in the study. The eight probes of the TDR-measuring system were installed at different depths, from 10 to 80 cm, at 10 cm intervals, for soils S02, S03 and S04, and at the depths of 10 сm and 50 cm for soil S01. The dynamics of soil temperature and soil moisture at different depths and the speed of response to changes in subsequent uncured layers are presented. Hourly TDR data have been diurnalaveraged and used for the calculation of correlation coefficients between soil temperature at different depths, air temperature, precipitation, solar activity parameter, Wolf number and total solar radiation. The study included also the effect of changes in solar radiation in the soil with the seasons.
