Paper presented characteristic of the spatial system on the example of ecological farm. Analysis of shape of runner has been performed. Ecological farm accepted to studies is situated in Bieganów precinct, which is included to the specific difficulty regions. Method of determination of the unfavourable condition administration areas has been also discussed. On the base of received results it was stated that analysed shape of runner is unfavourable. The author has also published proposition of instruction connected with the spatial field system, which can be taken into account at formation of ecological farms on the unfavourable condition areas.
