Having discussed the civilizations of the agrarian and industrial age, the author concludes: we live at the onset of IT civilization, however its institutions are merely fledgling. All politicians and citizens who want to move with times should cease to hark back to the industrial age and drive to create the IT civilization. This is particularly relevant to the issues of new energy sources.
Many scientific studies identify freon emissions as one of the causes of greenhouse effect. That is why, throughout the world, many attempts are made at limiting and controlling freons emissions. Poland is not yet a significant consumer of freon and they are not produced here on industrial scale either. Nevertheless, there is a necessity to rationalize the use of freons. The authors suggest many ways of achieving this effect, and point out recycling as a cheapest method of limiting freon emissions.
