An up-to-date system of motivating is a system that responds to the expectations of the 21st century's enterprise. It should facilitate fulfilment of the strategic goals and affect directly an enterprise's success. To be able to play its role, it must be adopted to the specificity of a concrete enterprise and, thus, to its organisational culture. Building a strong organisational structure, based on the pro-effectiveness values, is a difficult and complex phenomenon. However, the awareness of the impact that the organisational culture may have on motivation, subordinates' loyalty, increase in stability and reliability of company's activity as well as a better communication and a faster reacting to the changes should encourage managers to a better learning of this category.
