In the paper, the types of activities have been indicated which allow to economize the satisfaction survey process in case of which systems supporting on-line electronic questionnaires have been applied. The use of these systems leads to a departure – where possible – from traditional satisfaction surveys. The above mentioned activities include: adopting system activities that reduce costs; rendering available the protections that significantly reduce the supply of unreliable data; generating automatically many products (questionnaires) on the basis of the same platform formed by the IT system; minimising constrains on both the respondent’s side and the research organiser’s side; providing facilities that shorten the customisation process realisation time. The indicated types of activities have been provided with details. The types of activities economizing the said process create an ontology that may be applied by knowledge engineering.

The modern food retail trade means a concentrated and overstocked market in developed countries as well as in many developing countries. Joining the food chains of the “modern retail trade” often poses a problem for small-sized agricultural producers, which decreases their market opportunities. Trading in short supply chains is an option for producers to reach markets and increase incomes. The object of this exploring study is to use primary interviews to assess the opinions and satisfaction of the producers trading in short supply chains about their sales opportunities. The main question is how short supply chains can perform their given roles as regards both producer positions and in rural development.
The aim of this study was to determine and compare the degree of acceptance of the disease and the level of satisfaction with life among people with diagnosed hypertension. The research was carried out by means of a diagnostic survey. The study used the scale of AIS - Approval Illness Scale (Acceptance of Illness Scale). For measuring life satisfaction ladder Cantrill was used. It assessed satisfaction with life on a scale from 0 to 10. The study was conducted in June 2014 among the residents of Lubelskie and Świętokrzyskie voivodships. The study was anonymous. The approval of the Bioethics Committee at the Medical University of Lublin (KE-0254/176/2014) was received for carrying out the tests. The study included patients diagnosed with hypertension – total of 154 people. The study has shown the average degree of acceptance of the disease. Illness and healing therapy did not impact negatively the functioning of most respondents. The respondents described their adaptation to the limitations imposed by the disease in different degrees. The vast majority of respondents did not have any problems arising from the disease and did not abandon their favorite activities. Every third respondent with hypertension felt as being a defective person and dependent on other people. The relation between satisfaction with their own lives, and the level of acceptance of the disease was concluded in that study. The higher the degree of satisfaction with patients’ lives, the higher the acceptance of illness. Studies have shown positive correlations between gender, age, place of residence, duration of illness and education, and acceptance of the disease. In contrast, there was no statistically significant association between marital status and the test subject.
The paper examines the impact of trust in an agricultural marketing cooperative. The aim is to explore how the trust among members and between members and management affect the commitment of members towards the cooperative (group cohesion) and their satisfaction with the cooperative. Trust is examined from two dimensions: cognitive and affective. Our results have clearly proved that trust has a positive impact on group cohesion and satisfaction. According to the experiences, however, the impact of examined dimensions of trust is differentiated: the statistical models regarded the impact of affective dimensions on group cohesion and members’ satisfaction more important than the impact of cognitive dimension.
