Wine in the product of full natural origin. It has defined chemical composition. It has also the stable isotope composition 13C/12C, 18O/16O, 2H/1H. They create some unrepeatable code specific forgiven. From 80's the isotope methods were used for wine authenticity control. The aim is the recognising of falsifications of such data as: natural origin, composition, declared origin: brand, year of production, region of origin. Used isotope methods are accepted by European Union.
