The Voivodship Commission of Natural Conservation in Warsaw has designed a natural reserve at Skarpa Ursynowska. This part of the capital includes the largest biologically active areas which are of importance not only to the environment of Mokotów district but also to the whole of Warsaw and Mazowsze region. They should be set up in a way to maximise the benefits of their natural values. Such an objective can be achieved by implementing a concept of Lasek Rozkosz reserve. This article provides a detailed account of the proposal.
