Sixteen species of Sesiidae were recorded from the south-eastern part of Polesie Lubelskie region. The most interesting are: Synanthedon mesiaeformis (H.-S.), S. stomoxyformis (HBN.) and Chamaesphecia hungarica TOMALA.
Twenty two species of Sesiidae were recorded from Puszcza Kozienicka Forest in Central Poland. It makes 76% of all species of this family known from Poland.
Synanthedon spuleri (FUCHS, 1908) was found in the south–eastern part of Poland. The species is new to the Polish fauna. This is the northernmost locality in the whole distribution area in Europe.
