Set of 25 various dunghill designs were presented. Designed variants of different size (from 10 to 100 livestock units) consisted of dung plates for the solid wastes and pits for the liquid manure. The dunghill variants were analysed in view of total energy inputs inclusive 3 elements: materials, human labour and the equipment. Calculated structure of these elements was 70.6, 16.3 and 13.1%, respectively. Significance of interrelationships among financial and energy inputs, herd concentration (number of livestock units) and dunghill area (m²) as well as ranking of particular elements (materials, human labour, equipment) in energy inputs were estimated.
