Species of the genus Nesolotis Miyatake (Coleoptera: Coccinellidae: Sticholotidinae) endemic to China are reviewed, and the genus is removed from synonymy of Sticholotis Crotch. The following eight species are described as new to science: N. magnipunctata Wang et Ren, sp. nov., N. gladiiformis Wang et Ren, sp. nov., N. denticulata Wang et Ren, sp. nov., N. nigra Wang et Ren, sp. nov., N. centralis Wang et Ren, sp. nov., N. quadratimaculata Wang et Ren, sp. nov., N. cordiformis Wang, Ren et Chen, sp. nov. and N. daweishanensis Wang, Ren et Chen, sp. nov. A diagnosis of the genus and a key to known species from China are also provided.

A faunistic review of the fishfly genus Neochauliodes van der Weele from Indochina is given, with 11 species recorded. Amongst them, three species are described as new to science: Neochauliodes bachmanus sp. nov., Neochauliodes confusus sp. nov., and Neochauliodes tamdaoensis sp. nov. Neochauliodes orientalis Yang et Yang, 1992 and Neochauliodes yunnanensis Navás, 1930 are synonymized with Neochauliodes tonkinensis (van der Weele, 1907).

Adicella melanella est une espèce ibérique décrite à l'origine dans le genre Erotèsis Mc Lachlan. Botosaneanu (1975: 276) a signalé cette espèce du Maroc, en se basant sur l'étude préliminaire d'un échantillon réalisé au nordouest de ce pays par le Dr. A. Riedel. Botosaneanu (1982: 180-181, figs. 45-52) étudie les types de cette espéce, en provenance du Portugal, établit son appartenance au genre Adicella Mc Lachlan, et aboutit à la conclusion que les exemplaires marocains appartiennent à une espèce distincte, apparentee a melanella. L'étude plus poussée de l'eehantillon marocain permet de considérer qu'il s'agit en réalité d'une sous-espèce (race géographique) de melanella, bien caractérisée par de nombreuses particularités dans les deux sexes.

Wilsonema longicaudatum sp. nov. is described from Biebrzański Park Narodowy, Poland. The new species is characterized particularly in its rather long tail (54.5-62.0 μm, c = 5.5-6.2, c' = 7.0-8.0) and more anterior vulva position (V = 44.2- 45.9%), thus differing from all other species of the genus (ranges for other species: tail is 14-44 μm, c = 7.0-18.5, c' = 2.0-4.5, V = 47.0-56.7%). Moreover, it differs from W. schuurmansstekhoveni in having a shorter rectum (10-11 μm vs 18-28 μm) and higher number of setae in pharyngeal region (six vs four) and tail (five vs four); from W. bangaloreiensis in having a longer body (337-350 μm vs 197-249), lesser number of setae in pharyngeal region (six vs ten) and higher number of setae in the tail (five vs four).
