The contemporary times are called the digital era. Under the influence of Internet, there have been changing functioning of the market for services and the way of provision thereof. Service providers and service recipients have become an integral element of the information society. Development of e-services is an answer to the changing realities, to formation of a new economic, market and consumption reality. E-services provide greater opportunities for an active participation by the consumer in creation and improvement thereof. There is formed a new type of the consumer, the so-called e-prosument, whose functioning in the markets for e-services depends on knowledge and information and telecommunication technologies.
