1690 master's theses were completed at the Institute of Economics and Agriculture Organization by extramural, part-time and lull -lime students. They constituted 23.7% of all M.A. theses written at the Faculty of Agriculture. They were characterized by a goad level- over 83% of them were marked as good and very good. On average, 45.7 research papers were completed at the Institute per year, but their intensity varied considerably (from 6 to 118). They included a wide aspectrum of problems connected with economics and agriculture organization.
