Erysiphe echinopis, Microsphaera russellii and Sphaerotheca spiraeae (Fungi, Erysiphales) – interesting powdery mildews on new sites in Poland. Fragmenta Floristica et Geobotanica Polonica 7: 265–270. Kraków. PL ISSN 1640–629X. ABSTRACT: The paper provides new informations about three interesting powdery mildews (Erysiphales). Erysiphe echinopis U. Braun is published for the first time from the Polish Carpathians. The teleomorph of Microsphaera russellii Clint. in Peck is reported on two new sites. A new Polish host (Spiraea cfr. japonica) for Sphaerotheca spiraeae Sawada is given. Short descriptions of morphology for those three fungi are included.
Hypocreopsis lichenoides, a fungus found for the first time in Poland, is characterized and illustrated. The paper presents the distribution of the species in Poland and gives its morphological and ecological description.
