A simple method to determine density of frozen fruits (strawberries, plums, apples) have been presented. Moreover proposed a theoretical model to estimation density of frozen fruits. Empirical densities offrozen strawberries ranged from 922,1 ±6,5 kg/m to 908,1 ±5,6 kg/m , frozen plums from 970,9 ±10,5 kg/m to 950,1 ±8,1 kg/m , and frozen apples from 812,9 ±1,4 kg/m3 to 806,4 ±2,5 kg/m3. Whereas theoretical densities of frozen strawberries rangedfrom 898,1 ±2,0kg/m to 889,5 ±5,0 kg/m , frozen plums from 978,6 ±13,1 kg/m to 961,2 ±5,3 kg/m and frozen apples from 772,9 ±5,1 kg/m3 to 765 ±1,2 kg/m3.
