Artykuł stanowi kompendium wiedzy o mechanizmach administrowania handlem zagranicznym produktami objętymi regulacjami rynku cukru w ramach Wspólnej Polityki Rolnej. Mechanizmy te zostały gruntownie zmienione w 2009 roku. Artykuł wyjaśnia aktualne zasady handlu zagranicznego, które w ogromnej części obowiązują od 1 października 2009 roku, określa zakres zmian mechanizmów handlu zagranicznego w sektorze cukru oraz wyjaśnia zasady ogólne handlu zagranicznego i zasady wywozu (eksportu) w tym sektorze, jak również wyjaśnia zasady przywozu (importu) w sektorze cukru.

The article constitutes a compendium of knowledge about mechanisms of administration the foreign trade of products covered by regulations of sugar market under the Common Agricultural Policy. These mechanisms have been changed in 2009 completely. The article explains the present rules of foreign trade which in majority come in to force 1s' of October 2009. The article describes the scope of changes in foreign trade mechanism in sugar sector and it explains general rules of the foreign trade and rules for exports in this sector as well as it explains import rules in sugar sector. The article defines a scope of changes of external trade mechanisms in sugar sector, and explains general rules of foreign trade and rules of export in that sector and explains rules of import in sugar sector.
