Scientific and empirical studies reveal that despite the implementation of new product development best practices, there are still many projects that fail within the framework of new product strategy. It means that costs are incurred by many stakeholders making up a specific network of relations, and not just enterprise. The conditions, under which companies operate, also affect strategic marketing and operational activities of the organisation. It is therefore no surprise that identifying and managing NPD have become increasingly important issues in the product innovation literature and practice. The main purpose of this conceptual article is to show interrelations between the level of the maturity progression of the new product development process (maturity growth of NPDP) and the level of security and success of a new product in the market. The article is to propose the conception of measuring the level of maturity progression of the new product development process in the context of its safety and success as well as managerial implications of the proposed measurement conception.

Winery corporations in Europe and in the world

75%
The global grape and wine market has been rearranged during the past 15 years. Over the course of events, as new world wines gained ground, further emerging countries joined in and the production of old world wines decreased, giving rise to a new era. It was affected by globalization that placed concentrated markets in an advantageous position. As a result, there is a growing emphasis on the formation of vine growth and wine production collaboration networks in case of both the new world and European countries, which are able to provide solutions to global challenges arising as a result of global wine market development. In European wine producing countries with great traditions, integration, necessary for the stable operation of the sector, was established much earlier, typically in the form of producer cooperatives. In new areas, concentration began later, thus forming clusters constituting an appropriate form in many cases. This paper examines the necessity of cooperation and overviews the advantages and drawbacks that can be obtained from it. It compares wine producing collaboration networks in European countries and areas overseas. The aim of the study is to find the most important attributes leading to success.
The first step in the process of reducing risk is naturally their analysis. Risk analysis is largely seen as a process of defining threats, likelihood of occurring of these factors, and impact if they appear, thus determining the risks and their severity. The paper shows how it operates.
The paper discusses trends in dairy cows population and milk production in Poland in the period 2004-2009 and the further changes until the year 201S. The aim of the paper was to present the key factors of the success in possibilities of reducing the milk production costs in specialized farms in Poland. Costs of production of bulky feed had about S3%. The factors were the smallest cost of: services and hired work, buying fodder, buying farm heifer, own cubic and filling fodder. In the smallest profitability, sum of savings in the above kind of cost could be even to 92.8% all of the possible savings. Slight differences between the farms with the lowest and the highest production profitability concern the cost of artificial insemination, water, electricity, cleanness means. Average possibilities of the cutting down the milk production cost were: internal farm transport, vet cure and insurance. Moreover, the milk farms which wanted to achieve high profitability in production have to search the saving in every size and in every kind of the cost.
