The energy of sheet bending on a crank-type press

75%
The analytical method of power calculation of crank-type press working stroke is developed instead of graph analytical method. This analytical method allows substantially reducing working hours of calculation and promoting exactness of the results. Bending and coining are offered to execute separately. That will allow to make this processes more economically and to reduce depreciate charge.
In this paper, we discuss the application of various methods of cell electrophoresis in research into cell surface properties (analytical methods), and the separation of uniform cell subpopulations from cell mixtures (preparative methods). The emphasis is on the prospects of the development of simplified and versatile methodologies, i.e. microcapillary cell electrophoresis and horizontal cell electrophoresis under near-isopycnic conditions. New perspectives are considered on the use of analytical and preparative cell electrophoresis in research on cell differentiation, neoplastic transformation, cell-cell interactions and the biology of stem cells.
The paper contains the description of mass poisoning of honey bees and the method used to determine dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethane, methoxychlor, and lindane in the insects. The ultrasound-aided extraction of pesticides from dead bees was conducted using dichloromethane and the analysis of the extracts was conducted using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The whole procedure was vatidated.
Pimpinella saxifraga s.l. has been used for medicinal purposes for a long time. The root is a part of medicinal properties composed by essential oils in about 0.4%. The composition of these essential root oils consists of about sixty chemicals. The aim of the current experiment was assessing the analytical method of chromatographic profile utilizing essential oil of Pimpinella saxifraga. This essential oil was isolated with use of Deryng apparatus according to Polish Pharmacopoeia. The method for assessing the chromatographic profile of the essential oil was split-up gas chromatographic capillary column. The quantitative composition of the essential oil was calculated with use of method of normalization. The identity and the compositions of the essential oil from Pimpinella saxifraga roots was analyzed on Clarus 500 gas chromatograph equipped with capillary columns with flame ionization detector (FID), automatic dispenser and computer with Total Chrom Navigator software Perkin Elmer. Chromatographic system was characterized by range of retention time, area peaks, tailing factor and compounds’ separation. This method of volatile oil substance marking was validated following the ICH standards, by its precision, accuracy and linearity.
We attempt to answer the question whether it is possible to directly compare the results of phosphorus uptake batch tests (PUBT) conducted by researchers who use different methods of determining the DPAOsto-PAOs ratio. This issue is raised because personally obtained results clearly show that DPAO fractions calculated with various methods proposed in the literature differ significantly. In the article the factors influencing the results of PUBT are discussed in detail. The study demonstrated that errors in determined values of DPAO fraction may be caused by the invitation of inappropriate value of reduction coefficient for anoxic conditions (η). The conclusion is that the η value should be accurately estimated in each test, independently for every active sludge.
