The Eastern Hungarian Agricultural Regional Integrated Vocational Training Center’s organization and human resource development project has just ended. Its overall, long term aim was to create a ‘flexible’ institute of which training structure and portfolio fits to all-time actual labor market demands, both in aspects of contents and quality. This paper presents a partial survey of employee attitudes about the project work and the project’s aims in which the one of Hungary’s most important agricultural vocational training institutes had taken steps towards the knowledge based functioning.
