The aim of this review article is to present the current scope of usability testing and to identify its constraints applying to born global companies. The specificity of their operations entails the necessity for employing different usability testing approaches than traditional ones. The article presents a categorisation of different testing methods and a detailed analysis of remote usability testing based on literature review. Besides analysing the available online usability testing tools, there was formulated the remote survey test framework example. The use of asynchronous remote usability testing could be the most suitable solution for the situation of bom global companies.
