Gródek Leśny is a hill in the forest complex near Przysucha (Masovian Voivodship). At its foot, Radomka, a tributary of the Vistula River, has its springs. Archaeological studies indicate that in Gródek there are remnants of the Slavic sanctuary dating back to 6th-9th centuries which could have been one of the religious centres of a Vistula tribe. It was a solar sanctuary, were gods of farmers were worshipped. Establishing a landscape park in that area would protect the archaeological station, thus enabling further studies. The proposed park should include the springs and Radomka broads, an extensive forested area with valuable natural resources, and a site of 1863 uprising and II World War fights.
