In the following study the authors are considering problems of innovation and contemporary organisation. The unquestionable problem is inseparability of these to concepts, but their understanding, especially in case of innovation, which can be different and determined by many factors. Innovation can mean something different for everyone; not only for the sphere of demand, supply or distribution, but also in the context of particular organisation. Authors simultaneously present both sources and meaning of innovation process in the context of particular organisation, and also focus attention on the Science Parks. Which should be considered as a centre of innovation for single organisation, clusters, co operations, clients, suppliers, and for the whole region etc. Therefore the authors are making in this study considerations concerning this issue set in a title, because until now organisation based its localisation in the Science Park because of infrastructure and tax preferences.
