This paper presents the result of researches on the segetal vegetation of the Bolimów Nature Park. In the area of research, 10 segetal associations and 1 community - 5 associations and 1 community of the Secalietea class and 5 associations of the Chenopodietea class - have been found. Among them following ones are quite interesting: Community with Saxifraga tridactylites, Galio-Ranunculetum arvensis, Veronico-Setarietum pumilae and Bilderdykio- Lamietum amplexicaule.
The article presents the results of studies on segetal communities in Bolimów Primeval Forest carried out in the years 1981-1985. The analysis of 205 phytosociological records has allowed to distinguish 7 associations and 2 communities (Tables I-X1V). Among the most common communities on this area are: Teesdaleo-Arnoseridetum minimae and Digitarietum ischaemi. On the other hand, very rare communities include: Spergulo-Veronicetum dillenii, Papaveretum argemones, a community from Saxifraga tridactylites and a community from Ranunculus arvensis. The distinguished communities reflect the present state of the ecological productive potential, they represent specific types of the habitats of potential natural vegetation, and show a distinct relationship with definite habitat units — soil —agricultural complexes.
The study presents an analysis of the diversity of the Spergulo-Veronicetum dillenii association in Poland. On the basis of reviewed literature data and own contemporary investigation results (Warcholińska, 2004) species richness and community structure of the association are presented. Its phytosociological-syntaxonomical characterization and occurrence conditions are specified. Besides, the distribution and occurrence range of the discussed association are given.
This paper presents the result of researches on the segetal flora of the Sulejów Nature Park. The segetal flora of this area comprises 348 taxons of vascular plants. Apophytes (205 taxons) and therophytes (166 taxons) constitute the most numerous group. There are 76 taxons on the list threatened segetal plants.
This article presents the results of research on segetal vegetation of root crop cultivations of the area around Sieradz and Zduńska Wola, carried out in the years 1977 and 1992 (Figure 1). On the basis of 120 phytosociological records, taken in 1977 , 6 associations were distinguished (Tables 1-8): Digitarietum ischaemi, Bilderdykio-Lamietum amplexicaule, Galinsogo-Setarietum, Echino-chloo-Setarietum, Veronico-Setaiietum pumilae, Lamio-Veronicetum politae. According to the repeated listing, conducted in 1992, changes of the above - mentioned associations were stated. The comparison between the present state of the associations of root crop weeds on the area researched and their state of 16 years ago showed their impoverishment (compare Tables 1-9, Figures 2-9).
This paper presents the result of researches on the segetal flora of the Bolimów Nature Park. The segetal flora of this area comprises 282 taxons of vascular plants. Apophytes (171 taxons) and therophytes (170 taxons) constitute the most numerous group. There are 54 taxons on the list threatened segetal plants.
This paper presents the results of research in segetal communities of winter cereal cultures of the Piotrków Plain (Figure 1) which took place during the period between 1971 and 1972 and between 1992 and 1993. On the basis of 205 phytosociological records, taken in 103 localities in the years of 1971 and 1972 (Figure 2), 6 associations were distinguished (Tables I-IX): Spergulo-Veronicetum dillenii, Arnoserido-Scleranthetum, Papaveretum argemones, Vicietum tetra- spermae, Aphano-Matricarietum and Caucalido-Scandicetum. According to the repeared listing carried out in the years 1992 and 1993 the changes of the communities of the mentioned items were disclosed. The comparison of the present state of the weed communities of the winter cereal cultures on the researched area with the state of 22 years ago allowed to note that the changes in the analysed agrophytocoenoses are caused by progressive anthropopressure.
This paper presents the result of researches on the segetal vegetation of the Sulejów Nature Park. In the area of research, 10 segetal associations - 5 of the Secalietea class and 5 of the Chenopodietea - have been found. Among them following ones are quite interesting: Caucalido-Scandicetum, Lamio-Veronicetum politae and Bilderdykio-Lamietum amplexicaule.
In the paper a state and general characteristic of segetal flora of Central Poland is given. The segetal flora of the researched area consists 587 taxa. 127 (21,6%) of them are on the list of threatened segetal plants. The studied flora was characterized by a high percentage of short-living plants (341 species - 58,1%). Species of nature origin (apophytes) constitute the dominant group (341 species - 58,1%). Species of the archaeophytes group were frequently recorded (143 species - 24,4%). The most threatened species in the area of Central Poland are: Vaccaria hispanica (CR), Adonis flammea (CR), Coringia orientalis (CR), Thymelaea passerina (CR), Lythrum hyssopifolia (CR), Bupleurum rotundifolium (CR), Kickxia elatine (CR), Isolepis setacea (CR), Bromus arvensis (CR), Lolium temulentum (CR), L. remotum (CR).
This paper presents the results of research on changes in segetal communities of flax and root crop cultures of the Piotrków Plain (see Warcholińska, 1994 - Figure 1) which took place during the period between 1971 and 1972 and between 1992 and 1993. On the basis of 72 phytosociological records, taken in 50 localities (Figures 1,2) in the years of 1971 and 1972, 5 associations were distinguished: one in the flax culture (Table I) - Spergulo-Lolietum remoti and four in the root crop cultures (Tables II-V) - Digitarietum ischaemi, Echinochloo-Setarietum, Galinsogo- Setarietum and Lamio- Veronicetum politae. According to the repeated listing carried out in the years of 1992 and 1993 the changes in the communities of the above - mentioned items were stated. The comparison of the present state of these communities with their state of 22 years ago allowed to note that the changes of the analyzed agrophytocoenoses of flax and root crop cultures are caused by progressive anthropopressure.
The article provides a list of the localities of 268 species of weeds recorded in the years 1981 - 1985 on segetal habitats of the Bolimów Primeval Forest. In addition the general characteristics and an evaluation of anthropogenic changes in segetal flora in this area is presented. The analysis of collected and compiled materials has allowed the interrelationship existing between the composition of the segetal flora in the area under study and the natural conditions, state of agriculture and intensification of urban processes to be determined.
Characteristics of the changes in the agrophytocoenoses of the Bełchatów Industrial Region are presented in this paper. The observations were conducted on permanent areas during 1977-1983. Biological (phytosociological and bioindicatorial) methods were used. The dynamics of changes in weed communities in crop rotation were anlysed. Changes in the composition and structure of agrophytocoenoses belonging to 10 syntaxonomes and changes in their habitats were found. The causes and directions of these changes were established. These processes lead to the impoverishment of segetal flora and the formation of simpler formations which are less stable and less resistant to anthropopressure. On the basis of the results obtained in this study, an evaluation of the productivity of field habitats was made, agroecological regions were discerned and ways of forming and protecting agricultural production areas of the Bełchatów Industrial Region are given.
