The objective of the work was to establish the influence of seminal plasma addition on intensity and time of the movement of Spermatozoons of the bull from a frozen semen in granules. Spermatozoons after thawing in a full seminal plasma (experiment I), or diluted 1:4 (experiment II) characterized a lower movement comparing to spermatozoons thawed in 0.09% physiological salt saline (p ≤ 0.05). The addition of seminal plasma diluted 1 : 256 in physiological salt saline affected to a some extent positively but unsignificantly the movement of spermatozoons. The obtained results point to further studies on modified diluents of a frozen semen.
