PL

Polskie prawo żywnościowe w zakresie etykietowania żywności uległo w ostatnich latach poważnym przeobrażeniom. W pracach nad zharmonizowaniem polskiego prawa żywnościowego z przepisami Unii Europejskiej brało udział wiele instytucji rządowych i placówek naukowych. Rezultatem tych prac było Rozporządzenie Ministra Rolnictwa i Gospodarki Żywnościowej RP w sprawie znakowania środków spożywczych.

Polish food law concerning the labelling of food products has been considerably transformed in the recent years. In the work on harmonisation of Polish food law with the mandatory regulations of the European Union took part many Government institutions and research centres. In the issue of this work the Order of the Minister of Agriculture and Food Management concerning the marking of food products was elaborated.
