This study focused on the investigation of the structure of environmental organizations, determination of the problems faced by these organizations, explanation of the politics of governmental and nongovernmental organizations related to proposed solutions to environmental problems, and illuminating relationships between the two groups. The Tokat province in Turkey was chosen as the research area. A questionnaire was prepared and sent to 16 governmental and non-governmental organizations. Findings indicated that air pollution is the most important environmental concern, followed by domestic waste, soil pollution, lack of a central control system, illegal construction, unplanned urbanization, lack of green areas, water pollution, waste water, lack of infrastructure, use of agricultural lands for different purposes, erosion/deforestation, excessive use of fertilizers and pesticides, noise pollution and burning. Inadequate financial resources, lack of trained personel and inadequate environmental legislation are the main weaknesses in dealing with environmental problems. The Local Environmental Committee should assume greater responsibility for addressing environmental issues in the future and the Ministry of the Environment and Forestry should act to coordinate activities among organizations. The Ministry, rather than simply being an "advising authority ' should also have the authority to levy appropriate penalties to violators. Inter-agency confusion and uncertainty as to the proper roles of different governmental organizations should be addressed and resolved. Successful solutions to environmental problems can only be achieved by not only governmental intervention and enforceable regulations, but also through participation of the whole society.

Organization structure in relation to the system of integrated production in farms

The aim of the work is to present relation between the structure of farm organization, determined according to the economic system and the system of integrated production in a large-scale farm 2004–2011. The material for investigation originated from farm accounting data and from the charts of fields history. It was worked out with the use of vertical and horizontal analysis, as well as synthetic analysis 1st degree by B. Kopeć. Many- -year-lasting analysis proved that the farm maintained animal breeding – plant production, namely rape – bee, highly intensive system, which is friendly to the environment. The rules of integrated production have been followed by that farm for more than 10 years and they involve: combination of pesticide treatments with mineral fertilization, appropriate crop rotation, which improves soil richness, application of liming and organic fertilization on the area of more than 25% of arable land. The economic system allows to apply integrated production.

Types of planning units applied in medium-sized and bigger furniture making enterprises are characterised in this paper. Planning units are used to construct production plans at different levels of the organisational structure in an enterprise. A diagram was prepared for the explosion of orders for final products into production orders for lots of elements. An example was presented for the application of planning units in furniture production planning.

The article looks into motor racing and the activities of the Czech and Czechoslovak Autoclub since its establishment in 1904 until 1928. The activity of the Autoklub is analyzed mainly in connection with the establishment and activities of the social elites in interwar Czechoslovakia. Thanks to its representatives’ contacts with leading politicians and industrialists in the country, the Autoklub of the Czechoslovak Republic was a very influential organization. In its activities, it benefited from economic stabilization and the subsequent economic boom in the first decade of the existence of interwar Czechoslovakia.
