Appearance and popularisation of the information and telecommunication techniques create new opportunities for the international trade in services of providing, transmitting, processing and storing goods based on information (intangible products). These services demonstrate a high trade ability allowing to avoid classical, natural barriers in trade in services, issuing from the necessary coincidence of the place of production, provision and consumption of the service product.
