Industrial fine-fractional wastes are especially difficult to utilize: because of their particle form they are easily scattered on the land surface by wind and water. The fuel and power industry produces considerable amounts of these pollutants. The waste is partly used in the construction materials industry and in engineering work. It can be stored in underground mine headings also. The author suggests such applications based on his many years' experience.
