W latach 2007-2008 w stacji doświadczalnej Kraków-Mydlniki założono dwuczynnikowe doświadczenie z odmianą brokułu ‘Monaco’. Zahartowaną rozsadę sadzono pod koniec marca w rozstawie 50x40 cm i przykryto włókniną, którą utrzymywano na roślinach do fazy początku wiązania róż. Badanymi czynnikami były: 1) traktowanie rozsady oraz 2) traktowanie roślin podczas wegetacji biopreparatami. Podczas przygotowania rozsady część roślin podlewano, po 5 i 10 dniach po pikowaniu, preparatem Goëmar Goteo w stężeniu 0,1% stosując 2 dm3 roztworu na 1 m2. Po wysadzeniu na miejsce stałe część roślin kontrolnych i podlewanych biostymulatorem Goëmar Goteo opryskiwano 3-krotnie preparatem Aminoplant. Goëmar Goteo miał wpływ na zwiększenie masy części nadziemnej i podziemnej oraz wzrost powierzchni blaszki liściowej. Jakość uzyskanej rozsady nie miała znaczącego wpływu na wielkość plonu handlowego brokułu. Nie stwierdzono również istotnego wpływu preparatu Aminoplant na wielkość tego plonu. Natomiast badane preparaty wpłynęły na wzrost plonu wczesnego brokułu.

The aim of study was to determine the effect of two biopreparations: Goëmar Goteo and Aminoplant, on the earliness and yielding of broccoli in the spring culture. The experiment was conducted within 2007-2008 at the Experimental Station, University of Agriculture, Kraków. Broccoli seedlings of ‘Monaco’ F1 cultivar were transplanted at 50x40 cm spacing into field at the end of March. Plants were covered with unwoven fabric which was kept until the stage of heads initiation. During the transplant stage plants were treated twice with 0,1% Goëmar Goteo and next, during the vegetation season three times with Aminoplant (3 dm3∙ha-1). Goëmar Goteo showed positive effect on the mass of shoot system as well as on the leaf area of transplants. None of investigated preparations positively affected the marketable yield, which ranged from 19.32 to 26.45 t∙ha-1. Irrespective of Aminoplant, Goëmar Goteo increased the early yield twice, and irrespective of Goëmar Goteo, Aminoplant increased this yield by 17%; interaction of the preparations - by 9.5%.
