W artykule przedstawiono zakres implementacji programów rolnośrodowiskowych (PRŚ) (art. 39 Regulacji 1698/2005) w Niemczech na przykładzie Landu Brandenburgii.

This article focuses on the domestic impact of the European agri-environmental policy (art.39 Regulation 1698/2005) mainly in terms of institutional and political perspectives in Germany, Land Brandenburg in particular. It is argued that German approach towards development and implementation of agri-environmental policy can be used as recommendation for Poland.
