EN
Seven populations of Alopecurus myosuroides from various parts of Poland were sampled. Seedlings from randomly collected seeds were grown in the same greenhouse conditions, and next subjected to electrophoretic separation of 2 enzyme systems: phosphoglucoisomerase (PGI) and diaphorase (DIA). From each population, 50 seedlings were taken for this experiment. All populations were polymorphic. No geographic variation was detected in the studied populations. Geographically distant populations show genetic similarity.
