В цикле посвящённом истории охраны природной среды в Польше автор обсуждает 2 положения Галицийского Сейма с 60-ых годов XIX века. Одно запрещало хватать и продавать сурки и диких коз в Татрах. Второе запрещало хватать и продавать насекомоядных и поющих птиц. Оба акты сыграли очень важную роль в охране польской фауны а тоже способствовали повышению природной образованности среди людей.

In the series devoted to the history of the environmental protection in Poland the author discusses two acts of the Galician Seym from the sixties of the 19th century. One of them Introduced the prohibition of catching and selling, mamrots and chamois in the Tatra Mountains. The second one forbade to catch and sell singing birds and insectivorous ones. Both acts were of great consequence when the protection of the Polish fauna was concerned, and they contributed to a better education of the people in natural history.
