Oceniano wpływ pięciu czynników klimatyczno-glebowych: temperatura powietrza (25/16 i 8/2°C), wilgotność powietrza (75 i 50%), wilgotność gleby (60 i 30%), natężenie światła (10 000 i 7 000 lx) oraz typ gleby (czarna ziemia i gleba płowa) na produktywność biomasy oraz zawartość aminokwasów w roślinach Galium aparine L. i Papaver rhoeas L. Badania prowadzono w spe¬cjalnych komorach klimatycznych. Pomiar świeżej masy wykonano metodą wagową, po ścięciu nadziemnych części chwastów. Zawartość wolnych aminokwasów (waliny, leucyny i izoleucyny) oznaczono metodą chromatografii gazowej.

The influence of five climate and soil conditions: air temperature (25/16 and 8/2°C), relative humi¬dity (75 and 50%), soil moisture (60 and 30%), light intensity (10 000 and 7 000 lx) and type of soil (black earth and podsolic soil) on biomass productivity and amino acids content in plants of Galium aparine L. and Papaver rhoeas L. was investigated. The study was conducted under controlled environment conditions, in climate chambers. Fresh weight measurement was made by gravimetric method. Free amino acids (valine, leucine and isoleucine) content was determined using gas chro¬matography. G. aparine produced greater biomass than P. rhoeas, independently on climate-soil factor. Among examined factors, biomass productivity was strongly affected by air temperature, soil moisture and type of soil, but no relative humidity. Light intensity differentiated only biomass quantity of P. rhoeas. Free amino acids level in plants of both weed species was the hardest affec¬ted by soil moisture, but bigger differences for P. rhoeas were noted. Type of soil was the only one factor that did not influence amino acids content in plants of G. aparine as well as P. rhoeas.
