This review deals with the critical evaluation of the present state of arts in the various fields of chromatography used for the separation and quantitative determination of colour pigments in paprika, chili and red vine. It enumerates the possible advantages and disadvantages of the newest developments, prerequisite for the successfull application of the above results.

Celem przeglądu była krytyczna ocena stanu różnych dziedzin chromatografii w zastosowaniu do rozdzielania i oznaczania ilościowego barwnych związków papryki, czili i czerwonego wina. Wymieniono zalety i wady najnowszych osiągnięć w celu skutecznego zastosowania powyższych wyników badań.
