Autor przedstawił cele i zakres najistotniejszych zmian w strukturach organizacyjnych przedsiębiorstw przemysłu spirytusowego w Polsce. Omówił determinanty tych zmian i ich efekty. Omówił też działania usprawniające procesy tych zmian oraz kierunek tych zmian. W podsumowaniu autor stwierdził, że przemiany omawianych struktur nie nadążają za rozwojem otoczenia. Być może katalizatorem racjonalnych zmian w tej sferze będą zmiany form własności przedsiębiorstw przemysłu spirytusowego.

Author presented the aims and the range of the most essential changes in the organisational structures of spirit industry in Poland. He discussed the determinants of the changes of these structures and their effects. He also discussed the directions of these changes and activities rationalising these transformations. In the résumé author stated that the structural changes in this industry are not following the development of the environment. Perhaps the changes of ownership forms will be the catalyst of rational changes in these institutions.
