Early stages of domestic cat embryonic development are shown. The aim of this was to describe the process of fertilization, blastocyst formation, implantation and the stages of embryogenesis, which determine the initiation of gastrulation. This study, which is a histological investigation of embryogenesis processes, can be crucial for a fuller comprehension of the development of the feline embryo.
