Alarming article dealing with consequences of a fatal custom and tax policy of the government in relation to wine-producing enterprises, causing a total unprofitableness of bottling imported wine in this country as well as a decline of production of inland fruit wines. Instead of a rise of takings to the state budget, a drastic drop of takings took place, as the present policy led to liquidation even of an enterprise with high production potential. Apart of that, workers of the closed enterprises are widening the army of unemployed and still encumber additionally the state budget. Is it the way of seeking the budget reserves?
