Worsening of economic indices in the food industry enterprises, their profitability, higher charges for the state budget, indebtments in the form of high-interest credits and turnover loans, credit limitations by banks are analyzed. Consequences of worsening the above indices in the fruit-and-vegetable processing, sugar and potato processing branches are discussed. Conditions of restoration of the economic balance in the enterprises are presented.
