PL

Kontrakty spółdzielcze zawierane z członkami mają istotny wpływ na strukturę spółdzielni. Przedstawiona ich analiza w sektorze mleka udowodniła, że są one kombinacją indywidualnych kontraktów dla wzorcowego kontraktu spółdzielczego. Niestabilność ekonomii wymaga jednak analizowania w sposób naukowy kontraktów w zależności od strategii rynkowych, aby odpowiedzieć na nowe oczekiwania członków.

Cooperative contracts entered into with the members exert a remarkable influence upon the structure of cooperative. Presented analysis of individual contracts in the dairy sector proved that they can be used to preparing the model cooperative contract. In order to meet the members' expectations, the signed contracts have to take into account the instability of economics and constantly changing market strategy.
