В обширном интервью с вельским заместителем воеводы обсуждаются проблемы связанные с началом стройки плотины на Скаве в Бескидах. Принадлежат к ним между другими хлопоты с выквартированием жителей с района будущего бассейна, строительство очистной станции в пре- дохоранительной зоне бассейна, а тоже проблема распределения издержек инвестиций и эксплуатации между будущих потребителей объекта.

In a comprehensive interview with the substitute of the head of the province of Bielsko the problems concerning the starting of the construction of a dam on the Skawa River in the Beskids are discussed. These problems involve, among others, difficulties connected with the eviction of the Inhabitants from the area ot the future reservoir, the building of the sewage treatment plant in the protective zone of this reservoir, and the problem of distributing the capital and operating costs among the future users of the object.
