EN
The measurement of the enzymatic activity is an important to investigate of the soil microbial activity and their characterization in respect of both ecological and agricultural point of view. In this paper, the acid phosphatase in three different environments (mixed forest, grassland and ecosystem between these environments) was studied. The samples of luvic soil were collected from Roztocze near by Roztoczański National Park in south-east region of Poland. Additionally, the content of P-P04 in samples as a potential result of activity of the phos­phatase was measured. The activity of acid phosphatase in samples of the soil from mixed forest was not statistical different from activity which was measured in samples of the grassland. Usually, in the mixed forest enzymatic activity is higher than in the grassland, on the other hand, soil from forest contains more organic compounds which could act as an inhibitors of enzymatic reactions.
