Offered, instead of the screw pressing, to apply innovative technology, using gravity forces for the substantial decline of expenses at making of vegetable butter from seed. Two variants of decision of this problem are examined: with the use of existent equipment and without him. Almost complete automation of pressing process control is thus foreseen, i.e. a minimum of influence on him human factor.
