The article discusses the company's strategy focused on the implementation of non-standard products. The strategy is contained in the product design process, in which there is a phase of grouping knowledge to the new venture. There is also discussed the scope of testing and measurement of new products and the costs of their implementation. The presented example relates to a national manufacturer of construction machinery.
