Opisano aktualny stan badań dotyczących izolacji i identyfikacji nowych związków ant- ranoidowych z surowców zielarskich. Uwzględniono między innymi: sennozyd E, glikozyd wyizolowany z Rumex pulcher L., stereoizomery aloiny, homonataloinę, aleozyny A i B, alaterninę, ramnoalpinogeninę, 2-metoksystypandron, tinnewelinę i 6-hydroksymusyzynę. W opracowaniu podano także najnowsze sposoby oznaczania zawartości antranoidów w surowcach zielarskich i płynach ustrojowych człowieka, obejmujące metody chromatograficzne, w tym HPLC, spekt- rofotometryczne, polarograficzne, densytometryczne i fluorescencyjne.

It was described the up-to-date stage of studies concerning with isolation and identification of new anlhranoid compounds from herbal raw materials. The following compounds were isolated: sennoside E, glycoside isolated from Rumex pulcher L., stereoisomers of aloin, homonataloin, aloesins A and B, alaternine, rhamnoalpigenin, 2-methoxystypandrone, tinnevelin and 6-hydro- xymusisine. In this paper it was also given the newest methods of estimation of anthranoids contents in herbal raw materials and in human body fluids including chromatographic (also HPLC), spectrophotometry, Polarographie, densitometry and fluorescent methods.
