Nasiona fasoli wygrzewano w suszarce konwekcyjnej w temperaturach 20, 40, 60°C w czasie jednej godziny oraz 80°C w czasie jednej i dwóch godzin. Aż do temperatury 80°C zdolność kiełkowania nasion fasoli zmieniała się z temperaturą wygrzewania nieznacznie. Wraz ze wzrostem temperatury powietrza maleje energia kiełkowania i rośnie średni czas kiełkowania nasion. Po dwóch godzinach wygrzewania w temperaturze 80°C zmalała zarówno energia, jak i zdolność kiełkowania.

Bean seeds were examined with respect to their resistance to dry hot air treatment. Seeds were heated in convection dryer at the temperature of 20, 40, 60°C for one hour and at 80°C for one and two hours. Germination capacity of bean seeds did not vary significantly with heating temperature - up to 80°C. With increase of air temperature the germination energy decreases and average time of germination increases. After heating for two hours at the temperature of 80°C both germination capacity and energy decreased.
