In many youth communities drugs are promoted as a way of spending spare time, a great fun and an easier way of establishing relationships with their peers. Drug addiction and drug crimes are continuously rising [1], The purpose of this thesis is to provide important data on juvenile drug delinquency in Poland in 2001 and 2002. To this end, the domestic police data has been analyzed and literature reviewed. In analyzing statistical data concerning the juvenile drug crimes, it should be noticed that in 2002 the number of juvenile delinquents increased by 13,1 % as compared to previous years. There was also an increase of penal deeds among juveniles by 10,1 %. As many as 3 174 juveniles being under the influence of intoxicants committed different types of crimes.
