This paper presents the cold pressing method of obtaining juice from sea buckthorn berries, and oil from sea buckthorn seeds. Different types of pulp processing was performed: with enzymatic treatment of pulp or without enzymatic treatment as well. The seeds preparation before cold pressing was also carried out in two variants.
