In this article the analysis of complaint about furniture manufactured in one of the Sub-Carpathian factories - PPH “Więcpol” was discussed. The conclusions from this analysis allowed for the methodical improvement of the production process of furniture. For the first stage of improvement one of the teamwork methods, i.e. brainstorming was applied. The result of this method pointed at the need of improvement at the stand of the transverse-longitudinal circular saw.
