Исследования податливости к отделению зерен и их повреждению во время ударов билом по початке провели на стенде собственной конструкции. Для гиброда Kb -270 наивысшую среднюю степень зерноотделения получили для рабочей щели Sr = 27 мм и скорости била v = 8,33 м·с⁻¹. Она составляла Оz макс = 57,78%. Самое низкое среднее зерноотделение Oz мин = 13,10% получили при щели Sr = 33 мм и скорости v = 4,68 м·с⁻¹. Для гибрида Веkо-210 наивысшая средняя степень зерноотделения Oz макс = 61, 76% была получена при Sr = 25 мм и v = 6,70 м·с⁻¹, а самая низкая Oz мин = 9,60% при Sr = 35 мм и v = 4,42 м·с⁻¹. Результаты исследований разработали статистически, а графически показали их при помощи гистограмм.

The studies on the susceptibility of corn grain to shelling and on corn damage resulting from the knocks of a beater plate against a cob were conducted on a locally constructed device. For Kb-270 hybrid, the highest mean shelling degree was obtained for a slot of Sr = 27 mm and a speed of the beater plate v = 8.33 m·s⁻¹ (Oz max = 57.78%). The lowest mean shelling degree (Oz min = 13.10%) was obtained for a slot of Sr = 33 mm and a speed v = 4.68 m·s⁻¹. For Beko-210 hybrid, the highest mean shelling degree (Oz max = 61,7%) was obtained at Sr = 25 mm and v = 6,70 m·s⁻¹, whereas the lowest mean shelling degree (Oz min = 9.60%) was obtained at Sr = 35 mm and v = 4.42 m·s⁻¹. The results were subjected to statistical analysis and were presented graphically by means of histograms.
